At Living Without Poverty Foundation (LWPF), we believe that good health is a fundamental right, not a privilege. The Health Support Program is designed to ensure affordable, accessible, and quality healthcare for vulnerable individuals and families in underserved communities.

Our mission is to bridge the gap between health services and those who need them most, empowering families to live healthier, more productive lives. Through a combination of medical care, health education, and preventive initiatives, we aim to break the cycle of poverty caused by poor health.

Our Key Focus Areas:

1. Medical Care and Support
   We provide access to essential health services, including:
   • Free or subsidized doctor consultations and health screenings.
   • Essential medications for chronic illnesses such as hypertension, diabetes, and asthma.
   • Support for minor treatments and medical interventions to prevent life-threatening conditions.
   • Partnerships with local clinics and hospitals to improve healthcare delivery in rural and low-income areas.

2. Health Education and Awareness
   Knowledge is power, especially when it comes to health. LWPF runs community-based education campaigns to help families understand the importance of preventive healthcare and healthy living practices.
   • Organizing health seminars and workshops in schools, community centers, and churches.
   • Promoting personal hygiene, sanitation, and nutrition education to prevent common diseases.
   • Offering mental health awareness programs to encourage emotional well-being and break the stigma around mental illness.
